FAQ

When is the event?

The networking portion of the virtual event begins at 3 PM PST for one hour. 

The virtual event begins at 4 PM PST and concludes at 6 PM PST.

Where is the event?

The event this year will be held virtually, with the ability to connect with all the attendees prior to the event during the networking portion. When the event begins, attendees will be able to chat with other attendees during the event via livestream chat box.

How do I register?

To register, please go to the 2021 GSA Awards Celebration website at https://www.gsaglobal.org/2021awd/. The registration tab is at the top of the page where you will start the registration process. If you have any questions, please email events@gsaglobal.org.

If I am not in the PST time zone, can I still attend the event?

Yes, the event will be broadcasted again for our EMEA attendees the next morning.

If you are in the APAC region, the event will occur at 8 AM China Standard Time, so you are still able to attend.

What platform will be used for the event?

The platform we will be using for this event is custom built. We will send out the link closer to the event date.

My company’s code I received isn’t working when I try to complete my registration checkout. What should I do?

We apologize for this error. Email us at events@gsaglobal.org and we will look into this and if the error continues, we will manually register you.

Will the event presentations be available after the event has ended?

The event presentations will be available to attendees immediately after the event has ended and will be accessible to members in January.

What if I have problems on the day of the event?

Questions on day of the event can be directed to events@gsaglobal.com and we will respond in a timely manner.
